It’s the ultimate capital question: ‘The City of Lights’ versus the The City that never sleeps’. For its new creative project, the American-Russian Nord Collective group has drawn inspiration from ‘Paris versus New York,’ an interesting book published in January, 2012, by artist and graphic designer Vahram Muratyan. “A look at a lover of Paris in a New York filled with details, clichés and contradictions,” the French artist explained at the time. The Nord group, which wanted to stay very close to Vahram Muratyan’s original project and graphic style, offers a new, friendly duel between the two cities, but this time in an animated version and with sound.

The following are some boards drawn from this animation, which can be found in their entirety in NORD Collective’s Behance area or on this page directly.
