February Upload Reward Program
The February upload promotion will reward all photographers and artist who upload images to Fotolia in February 2006. The promotion begins February 1st, 2006 and ends February 28th, 2006.
I agree that this promotion is only applicable for new images uploaded to Fotolia during the dates above.
I also agree that as part of the February promotion I may not delete or remove my images associated with the promotion until 1 year after they are approved by the Fotolia editing team.
I understand that rewards and bonuses are only earned for images approved by the Fotolia editing team and will be paid out after February 2006 and before March 15th 2006.
By accepting these conditions Fotolia will pay the following bonuses and rewards to photographers who upload images to the Fotolia database during the promotion dates.
For all image uploaded and approved, Fotolia will pay out 0.20 credits per image.
Bonuses will be credited on my account after calculating the amount of accepted uploads to Fotolia. After my account is credited I may cash out the credits at any time.
Participation in the program is optional and if you do not wish to receive these rewards or agree to the additional terms and conditions of this program do not check the box.
Note: Violation of these terms and conditions will terminate participation into the program, with loss of reward, and will result in immediate Fotolia membership termination. In case of violation of these terms Fotolia will be entitled to search for appropriate compensation from the violating member

All members may submit image to the February Upload Program. All you need to do is select the check box on the contract page to allow the image to participate. The check box is down near the contract details portion of the page.

The question is: am I going to receive the bonus for the photos uploaded on February 26th which are approved for instance on March 2nd?

When I tried uploading an image late on 2/28, the image went through, but I was then unable to file the additional information. Was this a busy server problem or was 2/28 terminated in some time zone other than EST? At any rate, in the future, both issues could be anticipated (messages telling why uploads can't be completed and consequences for deadlines such as under this reward program; inclusion in the terms of the program of a simple definition of the the time base for the deadline).
In my case, it was only one image, and no big deal. But I suspect other last-minuters may have had greater concerns.
PS - The program is a good idea.
