DWF Photo Challenge
Hey photographers are you up for a challenge? Members of the Digital Wedding Forum are hosting a special photography challenge on February 18th at 1:30 PM in Seattle Washington and all are invited.
Here’s the deal, show up with $10, one slr camera, and a fixed (prime) 50 mm lens* and take the best darn pictures you can in 90 minutes. You can not drive or use flash during the shoot.
If you think you can live without your precious auto everything flash and zoom for 90 minutes and still make great images then I suggest you go for it. If not then please stay home.
The winner of the big event will get a free membership to the Digital Wedding Forum ($100 value), and a free membership to Fotolia. Oh wait, Fotolia is already free never mind.

When: February 18th at 1:30PM
Where: Everyone is meeting at the Fish Throwing spot at the Pike Place Market in Seattle, Washington.
Rules: We begin shooting at 1:45 for 90 minutes. We meet back at the same spot at 3:15
Only one camera allowed per person.
Only allowed to use a 50mm fixed lens. If using a camera with a full frame sensor you must use an 85mm fixed lens.
No Flash Allowed
No Driving allowed
No restrictions on editing. Make them as funky or normal as you want.
Within 48 hours of the end of the contest submit your top 5 images reduced in size to 800X600 pixels to haywardphoto@comcast.net. All images will be posted in a proofing gallery at www.mathaywardphoto.com accessible using the password: DWF
Non DWF members will be excluded from the vote but voting results will be updated daily on my blog (link available at entrance to web page.)
Top 10 images will be uploaded to the Digital Wedding Forum for a final round of voting.
Entrance Fee: $10 cash or check made out to Mat Hayward
1st place winner receives a one year membership to the DWF (Valued at $99)
For every 10 entrants another DWF membership will be added as a prize.
