When photographers upload an image on Fotolia, they determine how the image will be sold by answering four simple questions.

Do you wish to distribute your image with an Extended RF license?
- Yes
- No
The extended royalty free license increases the possible usage of the standard royalty free license by giving the downloader the right to resell the images in print on demand products as (posters, t-shirt, mugs, templates.

This additional license is available both for exclusive and non exclusives Images on Fotolia. Photographers can set their own price for this license within a price range

Currently only customer service can do a global change on your prices. However, this feature is coming.

Yes you may sell your royalty free images on Fotolia and on other sites as long as you indicate that they are non exclusive images.

If you add an image to the shopping cart and then select a license, you will have an option to view the contract for that license.

All of the images on Fotolia are sold as royalty free. Their is no limit to time or copies as long as you stay within the bonds of the license agreement.
