How to fix image upload problems?

Fotolia has worked hard to make the website accessible for every browser and operation system. However, it is possible that there might be a problem with certain systems and errors may occur. We suggest updating your browser and OS or trying another application to solve the problem.

You may also try to update your Java application.

If you are using FTP you can always try uploading by typing the direct ip address for the FTP server (83.243.20.122)

You should know that the image upload tools require a JPEG image at least 1600 x 1200 pixels and no greater than 10 Megabytes.
